What kind of trainer am I?  

I’m a firm believer of constantly evolving and learning, challenging myself as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. In turn using that knowledge to educate my clients. Although I specialise in Olympic lifting, functional training and hold a CrossFit Level 1. I will always look at lifestyle as a whole; work, home life and mental health all play a significant part in a person’s fitness journey as does flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance work in the gym.

I’m a people person that loves fitness and what it can do for the mind and body. Put the two together and you find a personal trainer who is easy to get along with who will coach, motivate, support and push you towards the goals you set, no matter how big or small.
