What kind of trainer am I?  

I’ve actively been at the gym for over 25 years so when qualified as a Personal Trainer it was a natural place to be. From a very young age I was always into sports and fitness as it gives you confidence, wellbeing, a feel good factor and the opportunity to meet like-minded people with the same interests. I teach various classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Spinning and Kettlebells. 

Why should you train with me? 

I’ve worked with various different clients along the way. I can help you achieve your goals whether it be short term or long term I can get you to where you need to be. As a more mature trainer I know the importance of how strength training, strengthening your core, stretching, flexibility can play a vital role in our daily lives and the benefits it can bring. I am qualified in GP Referral and also passionate about how I can help you lose weight, build confidence and enable you to reach your weight lose goal with a one to one coaching session each week.
