What kind of trainer am I?
I’ve worked as a PT since 1999, so I have many years’ experiences, training a wide range of clients including pre/post-natal, sports specific, injury rehab and weight loss.
Why should you train with me?
I treat each client as an individual and like to make workouts fun, interesting and time efficient. I have a real passion for fitness and equally enjoy teaching classes which include Body Combat, Body Balance and Indoor cycling. I am friendly, approachable and will try my best to make you feel comfortable in the gym environment.
