What kind of trainer am I?  

My background is running, cycling and just lately swimming, I also help with toning and strength and conditioning. I can help with getting you faster at your 5k or even a marathon by helping you with strength and conditioning work as well as drills. This is the same for cycling and swimming.  

Why should you train with me?  

I will help you become mentally strong as well and physically strong. You will get a programme designed for your needs and we will work through this to help you achieve your goals. I am also qualified in Exercise Referral and Cancer Rehabilitation.
