Get access to top coaching and tailored training plans suited to your needs, whether you are swimming for fitness, triathlon training or general wellbeing Julie will have a plan to suit your level and motivation. Sessions run weekly on a Thursday evening on a pay as you go basis.

This is a fun, motivational tool which you can tailor to your needs and help you keep track of your swimming progress on your smart phone, tablet or PC. The programme also includes challenges where you can set personal or group goals.
Must be able to swim at least 200m without a rest on at least 2 different strokes. Be able to swim with face in the water.
If you are a beginner or a weak swimmer who would like to work on your stroke technique please sign up for adult lessons instead.
Minimum age 14 years.
