Activa is launching Introduction to Lifting Workshops.
The workshops will guide you through a range of lifts including squats, dead-lifts and bench press with guidance from a Personal Trainer to ensure safe and effective technique and appropriate weight. Learn to lift efficiently and effectively. All fitness levels are welcome.
