Rookie Lifeguard Course
Junior award of the Royal Lifesaving Society Award contains survival, rescue, life-support and water safety.

Rescue Test For Swimming Teachers
This is a basic test of rescue knowledge and skills for people teaching swimming, water safety and other programmed, pool-based disciplines
The NRASTC award requires a minimum of 8 hours Renewal – 16 hours for new candidates.
National Pool Lifeguard Qualification
This award is aimed at those working as a lifeguard or those intending to.
It calls for a high degree of swimming ability, watermanship and a mature approach
Completes all Key Stage 2 water safety elements of the National Curriculum.
This award is for levels 8 and above or for those who can swim three strokes at 50m each.
- Every Sunday from 16 April to 29 July (except 27 May Half Term)
- Every Sunday from 2 September to 9 December (except 7 October – Fire Swim)
£295.00 for the full course (Includes all course materials and assessment fees).
8.00am – 5.00pm per day.
