Group Fitness Updates

A new Group Fitness timetable will be launched from Monday 17 July with more Keiser Cycling classes and extra Yoga classes in our brand new Studio 2

Saturday 22 July 10.30am BODYCOMBAT class is cancelled

 4.00pm Mini Street Dance & 5.00pm Junior Street Dance will not run during the school summer holidays (Wednesday 26 - 30 July)  Both classes restart Wednesday 6 September

There will be no BORN TO MOVE classes on the following dates:

Mon 24 July 4.50pm

Thurs 27July both 4.15pm and 5.00pm

Mon 31 July 4.50pm

Thurs 3 August both 4.15pm and 5.00pm

All classes are suitable for age 16+ with the exception of Zumba, Street Dancercise, Circuits, Line Dancing and all Water Fitness classes which are suitable for 14 years and over.

BORN TO MOVE  fitness classes are specific classes for age 8 – 12 years and 13 – 16 years.

Mini Street Dance classes are specific classes for age 3 – 7 years.

Street Dance classes are specific classes for age 8 years and over.
