All classes are suitable for age 16+ with the exception of Zumba, Street Dancercise, Circuits, Line Dancing and all Water Fitness classes which are suitable for 14 years and over.

BORN TO MOVE  fitness classes are specific classes for age 6 – 8 years, 8 – 13 years & 13 – 16 years.

Mini Street Dance classes are specific classes for age 3 – 7 years.

Street Dance classes are specific classes for age 8 years and over.

Participants must have completed an Activa Gym Induction prior to joining any SYNRGY 360 (Core, HIIT, Circuit) or Kettlebell class
