To use Activa gym you must first undertake a compulsory free induction which offers instruction on safe and correct techniques. Contact Activa gym directly on 01206 282046.
Introductory 1-1 sessions with one of our qualified Personal Trainers are available for £10.00 following an induction to devise a programme to ensure you gain maximum benefit from your workout.
Remember to check with your doctor before embarking on any exercise programme.
Free racket hire available from reception (£5 refundable deposit is required).
