Be part of our comprehensive Group Fitness programme with over 100 exciting classes each week to suit all ages, levels of fitness and interest.

BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, Keiser Indoor Cycling, Zumba, Pilates and Yoga are just some of our classes.

Join us for FREE morning of classes at our Leisure World Launch Weekend including the NEW release of Les Mills.

 

Saturday 12 October:

9am –   BODYATTACK™ (45 minutes)

10am –  BODYBALANCE™ (45 minutes)

10am – Freestyle Spinning (45 minutes)

Exciting energetic spinning class which is to upbeat dance music.

11am – Grit Strength (30 minutes) New Class

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength & build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, plate & body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. 

11.30am – Grit Cardio (30 minutes) New Class

A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximises calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast. 

 

 

Sunday 13 October :

9am –   BODYPUMP™ (45 minutes)

9.30am – Road Ride Challenge (30 minutes Spinning) New Class

30 minute express class, using the interactive board. 

10am – BODYCOMBAT™ (45 minutes) 

10am – Group Challenge (30 mins Spinning) New Class

Using the interactive board work as a group to burn calories! 

11am – Divacise (60 minutes) New Class

Dance fitness class where you can strut along to favourite Diva hits whilst burning up to 600 calories per hour.
