At Leisure World Tiptree

Customers over the age of 18 that state that they have the necessary skills to climb without supervision will have to pass the competency test at Leisure World Tiptree. If you pass this test we will then register you onto the system as a competent climber. This will give you the ability to book onto the unsupervised sessions that run on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

The entry point test will take place upon arrival at Leisure World Tiptree and takes approximately 15 minutes. The test will involve identifying good practice regarding the fitting of a sit harness, tying on and the set up of a belay device. If you are unable to identify the correct images then you may be asked to perform a physical demonstration whilst under the supervision of the instructor.

Adults – £8.75
Supervision adult – £2.50
Juniors – £6.75

Saturday Sessions: 12:00 – 13:30 | 13:30 – 15:00 | 15:00 – 16:30

Sunday Morning Sessions: 09:00 – 10:30 | 10:30 – 12:00

Sunday Afternoon Sessions 12:00 – 13:30 | 13:30 – 15:00 | 15:00 – 16:30
