Our Cardio & Core class is designed to get those abdominals switched on and work them hard. This class is suitable for all levels with plenty of progression and regression exercises if needed.
The Cardio & Core class is great for anyone looking to strengthen the back and abdominals as well as working on their balance, co-ordination, breathing techniques and of course aiming to burn calories and tone up.
