Our deep water workout is great for maintaining training while recovering from an injury. It’s also a highly efficient workout which includes the use of buoyancy belts and aquatic mitts.
The class is suitable for all and is well designed to improve the following: cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, endurance as well as allowing attendees to continue a training regime even whilst they are recovering from injuries.
